Over the past few years, Cuprum Coin RWA has evolved from a bold concept into a scientifically-backed, asset-based ecosystem designed for institutional trust and sovereign readiness. As the project matured, so did the demands on its structure — and with them, the responsibilities that come with protecting its integrity.

After thorough consideration, I have made the decision to fully terminate cooperation with Meteor Minerals and all affiliated entities. This was not a personal decision but a strategic one — made for the long-term protection of everything we’ve built and everything we are about to launch.

Context Behind the Decision

In 2023, we signed an agreement with Meteor Minerals involving 200kg of nano copper powder, intended to be included as part of the Cuprum Coin RWA ecosystem. However, over time, multiple concerns emerged:
• The 200kg of nano copper powder was never delivered nor received by Cuprum Coin. Meteor Minerals later claimed it was involved in a legal dispute, a fact that had not been disclosed to us.
• Meteor Minerals created new companies and entered into partnerships with individuals unknown to our team, raising serious questions about ownership structure and long-term alignment.
• In December 2024, we covered all costs to bring the founder of Meteor Minerals to high-level meetings in Dubai and Abu Dhabi — but he failed to attend, causing reputational risk at a critical moment for the project.
• Following those meetings, our scientific team — led by Dr. Roberto Acevedo — unanimously decided to end any further involvement with Meteor Minerals, citing a lack of structural trust and clarity.

Despite multiple chances to restore alignment, it became clear that continuing this cooperation would compromise the standards, governance, and credibility of the entire ecosystem.

What We Protected

By walking away, we preserved the most important parts of this project:
• 100% of the token governance and all intellectual property remain under my direct leadership.
• Most importantly, we now move forward under a clean, transparent, and sovereign-ready structure.

Meteor Minerals holds no legal rights, no ownership, and no further role in the Cuprum Coin RWA project — or the broader vision that now follows.

What Comes Next

This reset was not a step back — it was a step forward. Because what follows is something bigger, smarter, stronger, and ready for the world stage.

Tomorrow, April 8, we will officially introduce the platform that now carries the vision forward — a platform built on real science, verified matter, and digital trust.

The next chapter has already begun. And we’ve never been more ready.
